MLZ - MACHINE FOR BOARD-POLISHING

Belt machine for continuous polishing and bevelling of boards of marble, granite and agglomerated products. It is available in various versions with a different number of smoothing and bevelling mandrils according to the material to be worked. The high power mandrils are suitable for fitting any type of tool, whether abrasive or diamond tipped. For optimum performance, water is injected from the centre of the tool. Mandrils are controlled by a P.L.C. system, which can regulate each mandril individually and display machine settings. Each mandril is independent whether electrically or pneumatically controlled. All electric and pneumatic parts are housed in the upper part of the machine and conform to EC regulations. Noise levels comply with noise pollution safety levels.
