IDF 200-400-600 - PLANT FOR MUD DECANTATION FOR RECYCLING OF WASTE WATER
IDF model system allows to clean and recycle waste water from
working process like cut, profiling and rectification. In IDF 200 model
the dirty water is taken by the tanks which are under the machine,
whereas, in IDF 400-600 models there is a basement well for dirty water
collection.
Through a centrifugal pump, dirty is taken to silos (sedimentation tank) for settling sludges that periodically (manually or in automatic ) must be discharged, while, clean water is getting back into the circuit. All IDF systems are equipped by a station for preparation and dosage of flocculant and they have a capacity of recirculation of water of 200-400-600 litres/minute. They operate in a closed and continuous cycle and not require any water supply if not in the quantity of 2%-3% of total treated water because of the dispersion of the same in operating machines.
